| Bobbi Sue Luther, From Maryland to Hollywood a Rising Star You Should Know About |
Los Angeles, CA--
If you are like the majority of folks out there wondering where this beautiful and talented Bobbie Sue Luther came from, you are not alone. We tracked her down in L.A where we were able to steal a few minutes from her hectic schedule to ask a few questions.
PM: You have gotten so far in Hollywood in such a short time. how did it all start?
BSL: I always knew I wanted to pursue the entertainment industry, especially modeling and hosting. Like many girls in the business it started for me at the Hawaiian Tropic level. I then moved to Canada were I lived for three years doing mostly modeling. From there I moved by myself to L.A. into a temporary apartment and then made contacts from there.
PM: What can we expect next from the ever so popular Junkyard Wars hostess?
BSL: I am constantly traveling internationally for modeling shoots. The most exciting session going on now is Maximonline.com, where I can be found saying catchy sayings of the day.
PM: After asking Bobbi about her whirlwind of events of the past year, including flying to Germany a few times a month as she is one of the familiar faces and bodies in the ever so popular Uncle Sam clothing line, flying back and forth to London, Spain, Amsterdam, Germany, Mexico all for modeling shoots we ask her about her most memorable moment in her career?
BSL: Definitely hosting Junkyard Wars! I now look back and see what a feat that was, to be a host for an international show having only been living in L.A. at that time for only five months. Also, being chosen as the Orion slave in Star Trek Enterprise, what a huge fan base!

PM: Bobbi tells us it is not all fun and games. We ask her to describe a typical day in the life of Bobbi Sue Luther.
BSL: I wake up by 7am, have breakfast with my husband and dog, head to the gym for at least an hour, come home and either get ready for four or five meetings with potential casting directors, or start reading scripts on my own. I am many times heading off to meetings at 8 pm. I then wind down with Pilates each evening before I head to bed before another hectic day in L.A. It is much tougher than the outside person would think. It is very tough to break into the big roles, but let's keep our fingers crossed! ( We definitely will Bobbi, the more we see of you, the happier we are!)
PM: Having been in the fast track to fame, what advice to you have for other women who are trying to get their career started?
BSL: I cannot stress enough; start locally! There are film commissions every where, always looking for extras. Utilize your local agents and local films. Another piece of advice I would give is being a bit older when moving to L.A. Before you arrive in L.A. make sure you already have an agent because as we all know everyone in L.A. is trying to bust into the entertainment industry.
