Our staff at Pointed Magazine is glad to brings its readers the hottest products for 2006. All items used in Pointed's product reviews will not be returned due the testing purposes, unless requested prior to each company involved sending products to Pointed Magazine's offices. 

If an item is requested to be returned, an agreement must be signed by both parties prior to the item being shipped to Pointed's offices. Pointed is not held responsible for any items not signed for prior to release and once they are in possession of Pointed Magazine they become property of On Point Communications and all of its entities.

Readers and all parties involved must note that all products will be used in a fair and accurate manner for the purposes of testing to provide accurate information related to purchase. Pointed will also offer fair and rational information based on testing regarding the individual product tested.

Many products used will not be of new condition when testing and review processes are complete. 

Products are used solely for editorial purposes and will not be redistributed to any other persons other than the staff at Pointed Magazine.
