After many years of negativity in the Adult Film Industry, major moves have begun to clean up what used to be on the most un-lucrative markets in the video business. While others will continue with the hard core adult video production, companies such and Digital Playground of Van Nuys had developed a different approach to the market, replace the smut with beautiful faces.

One of those faces that has come onto the scene and recently signed earlier this year by Digital Playground was that of Jesse Jane, a sexy petite blonde who started her road to fame as waitress at Hooters.

Whether you happen to see Jesse in one of her upcoming videos, or see her in the picture in a magazine like Maxim or Stuff, you are more likely to see more of her appearing in other things than adult videos, because she is just so cute. In fact, our staff had a tough time letting Digital Playground convincing us that she was one of their contract stars. After talking with Jesse we found that she is taking all of this in stride and is ready to attack all of what she will have to handle outside of making videos, which is sure to be plenty with the way Digital Playground plans to market their gem.

While Digital Playground has already been featured in March 2003 edition of Playboy, the addition of a starlet like Jesse Jane is sure to drive up their stock. With a full page near the front of the magazine donated to editorial and photo coverage, company President Samantha Lewis had this to say in response to the placement in the magazine. "Playboy has a fantastic reputation for providing the world with sexy content in the classiest of presentations. I am honored to have Digital Playground showcased in their March issue."

So with the recognition that Digital Playground has received there is no question why Jesse Jane is going to carry this company a long way off the screen. Jane has already had a number of appearances in front audiences including entering a Hawaiian Tropic Model search and becoming a top finalist in the regional contest. While she was competing in Hawaii, Jesse received a walk-on role in Baywatch The Movie and she met the organizers of the American Dreams Pageant. Just look how shows like Baywatch and appearances in Playboy and other magazine's steamrolled Carmen Elektra and Geena Lee Nolin into their careers. These are some of the hopes of Jane.

In August of 2002, the American Dreams Pageant named Jesse Jane "Miss Photogenic." She received a prize package that included jewelry and a trip to the Bahama Islands where she shot some commercial spots for the pageant sponsors. At this point, she decided to submit her photos to Digital Playground and they immediately flew her to Los Angeles where her real career was about to begin.

While Jane is new to the industry and had no experience in the adult business, she told us that she likes the mainstream approach and the opportunities she will have to expand her career. " I plan to be that cute girl you see in some print ads with the hot jeans on and the torn shirt. Most companies love the blonde hair and my baby face," said Jane earlier this year

Digital Playground has signed Jesse Jane to an exclusive contract. Her natural beauty and outgoing personality spelled instant stardom to company President Samantha Lewis. "JJ has everything it takes to become a major sex symbol and I look forward to making that happen," said Lewis.
