It only took one game for the Washington Glory to bounce back to their winning ways after a 2-0 loss to the Akron Racers last night.

Today the Glory used another strong outing by Sarah Pauly(7-2) to propel them to a 10-4 victory over the Racers who fell to 10-5 on the season. Both Pauly and Desiree Serrano lead the league with seven wins each.

For the Racers, it marked the first time this season that their pitcher has not made it out of the game. Radara McHugh surrendered six runs before being sent to the bench in place of Jamee Juarez. who did not fare much better after replacing McHugh.

Juarez, who improved to 5-1 on the season last night when she pitched a six-hit shutout, did not have much luck today as she came into the game after playing the first five innings at first base and surrendered a three-run home run to Catalina Morris.

Pauly was relieved by Jen Musillo who finished the game in strong fashion giving the Glory the edge in the series 2-1, with th final game coming tomorrow night at 7:05pm.
