Glory Survive the Heat, Ice Melt, 3-2 In Final Game of the Weekend Series

If your going to become a member of the NPF, your most likely going to have to pass through Washington and the Michigan Ice did that this weekend and they seemed to melt from the heat of the Glory pitching.
Washington swept the weekend series with a 3-2 victory today behind another strong outing from Desiree Serrano who received the win in her complete game, becoming the first NPF player to reach 10 wins.
Serrano allowed just two runs on six hits while striking out five.
Sara Larquier continued to show she is one of the best players at any position in the league when she teed off on Ice pitcher Ashley Hamby recording her eighth and league leading homerun of the season.
Catalina Morris ended the game with a walk-off single to right field.
Next up, Rockford as they Glory go on the road to take on the Thunder for a four game series starting Thursday.
